Privacy Policy

This is the website of FPS Photo & Shutter Speed Studios, owned and operated by Matt Freeman and staff. You can reach us by the contact form on this site, or by email at matt@shutterspeedstudios.com. We return phone calls to numbers you give us in a request, so we are not disturbed on shoots and you are not bothered by spam calls.

What we collect

• Visitors: our web server automatically recognizes your domain name (not your email address) and which pages are visited. This is used for internal review of how the site is doing.
• Quote and contact requests: the name, email, phone number and project details you type into a form, so we can reply and quote your job.
• Accounts: if you create an agent or event gallery account, we store your name, email, phone, a securely scrambled (hashed) password, and the bookings, events and galleries that belong to you.
• Payments: we do not store card numbers on this site.

How we use it

Your information is used to answer your request, schedule and deliver your work, and run your account. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with ad companies. We do not partner with ad servers.

Cookies

Our public pages do not set cookies. If you log in to an agent or event gallery account, we use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and it goes away when you log out or close your browser.

Phone and email

If you give us your phone number, we only call about your request or order. We email first unless you tell us otherwise.

Your photos

Event galleries are private and protected by your login. We do not publish client photos without permission.

Ask us at any time for a description of the information we keep about you, or to have it corrected or removed, by emailing matt@shutterspeedstudios.com. If you feel this site isn't following this policy, please contact us the same way.
